Shipping Policy
This work is precious to me. Every order is packed and handled with the intention to reflect that.
Processing Time
I’m a one-woman show around here! Please allow up to 3-5 business days for orders to be shipped (5-7 for original paintings). However, orders may ship as soon as next day (when I’m really on my game!), so please email me (KatieBrooksArt@gmail.com) within 24 hours for shipping address changes, or other time-sensitive concerns.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped with the US Postal Service. Tracking information (when applicable) will be sent automatically to your provided email when your order ships.
Delivery Times
Delivery times will vary depending on location. All orders come from my studio here in North Carolina. Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier and may be subject to delays beyond my control. That said, if your order seems to be having trouble along the way, please contact me! I will keep an eye on your tracking and happily send a replacement if needed.
Packaging
Every order is packed with care, and protected to arrive safely. But even with protective measures, accidents do happen. Please reach out to me (KatieBrooksArt@gmail.com) as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, and I’ll make it right!
Domestic & International Shipping
I am based in the US, but happily ship internationally. However, due to current GSPR guidelines, I am unfortunately unable to ship to any countries within the EU. For international orders, note that your local Customs office may briefly hold the package, or you may be responsible for extra fees/charges upon arrival. Unfortunately, I have no control over this. However, if you have issues receiving your package, please email me and I’ll do what I can!
Lost or Damaged Packages
While the lovely folks at the Postal Service have a history of treating my packages kindly, accidents do happen. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. A replacement or refund will be arranged when possible.
If your original painting arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and let me know as quickly as possible! I will arrange its return to the studio for repairs at no cost to you.
