Returns and Refunds

Everything available on this site is either handmade, or produced on demand here in the studio. Because everything I make is created with intentionality, returns are handled thoughtfully.

Original Artwork

All original artwork sales are final. If your original painting arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and let me know as quickly as possible! I will arrange its return to the studio for repairs at no cost to you.

Prints, Stickers, and other Products

Because everything in the shop is made to order here in the studio, I don’t accept returns or exchanges. That said, this work is precious to me, and I want every order I ship out to reflect that. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please email me (photos are helpful!) so I can make it right.

Damaged Items

While the lovely folks at the Postal Service have a history of treating my packages kindly, accidents do happen. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. A replacement or refund will be arranged when possible. If your original painting arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and let me know as quickly as possible! I will arrange its return to the studio for repairs at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, please get in touch! I’ll do my best to find it, or replace your order if I can’t.

Custom & Commission Work

Deposits for custom pieces are non-refundable once work has begun. I’ll be in contact with you through the projects completion to be sure you’re in love with the finished piece!

Exchanges

As all products I offer are printed on demand, exchanges are typically not offered. But of course, if there is an issue, please let me know! My work is important to me, and I’m eager to resolve any problems that may arise. I can be contacted at KatieBrooksArt@gmail.com.
