Painted Leaf Care and Repairs

I treasure the practice of turning these fragile leaves in to treasured heirlooms. Even after a painting has left my studio, I’m eager to help each piece be cherished for years to come.

Caring for Your Original Painted Leaf

Each of my paintings is on a real, preserved leaf. While it has been carefully preserved and sealed from the elements, it’s a fragile piece that requires the protection of its frame. Like with any art piece, avoid displaying your painting in environments prone to excessive moisture or intense temperatures. Please do not attempt to remove the artwork from its frame (or, do so at your own risk).

Repairs and Maintenance

Accidents happen! If your piece ever needs maintenance or removal from its frame for any reason, please contact me (KatieBrooksArt@gmail.com). I am committed to the work I create, and I am always more than happy to assist in its care.

For any repairs or maintenance that require the painting to return to me here at the studio, you will only be responsible for the cost of shipping and materials.
